Altar LINENS

Cleaning and preparation of all altar linens used for Masses according to liturgical needs. Coordinator: Maricela Rodriguez

Arts and Environment

Keeps the church and chapel in flowers, greenery, and liturgical decorations according to the Liturgical Seasons of the Church. Coordinator: Priscilla Haynie

Baptism Preparation

Helps parents, families and sponsors of children understand the importance, meaning and impact of Baptism in the Christian Life. Coordinator: Deacon Dave Kaminsky (English); Dora Pedrego (Spanish)

Children's Church

Provides a faith-filled environment for the children so they can experience the Roman Catholic Faith. Coordinator: Priscilla Haynie

Collection Counters (Matthew’s Minions)

Accurately counts and deposits all monies collected in weekly and special accounts as specified by the donors. Coordinator: Betts Nelson

Environmental Services

Maintains the cleanliness of the Church interior and all ancillary rooms contained within the building. Coordinator: Jon Cox

Finance Council                        

An advisory and consultative body to the Pastor relating to budgeting, income and expenses and all projects related to maintaining a positive financial picture.

Holy Presents Gift Shop

Homebound Ministry (Shepherds of Compassion)

Establishes and provides a supportive and caring connection from the Parishioners who are absent due to illness. Coordinator: Parish Office

GRIEF MINISTRY

Prayers and cards for those in difficult times. Support Group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 11am in the Parish Hall. Coordinator: Eileen Scott

Hospitality Ministry

Create a welcoming atmosphere for parishioners and visitors in a kind and courteous manner. Coordinators: Lisa Lehman and Sandra Moker

Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance

Maintains and creates a beautiful outdoor space that is peaceful and tranquil through the use of trees and plants. Coordinators: Parish Office

Lectors

Lectors bring the power of the Word of God and love of scriptures to others. Coordinator: Ruthanne Plas (English) and Dora Pedrego (Spanish)

Martha's Circle

Provides comfort to mourning families by providing refreshments on Church property for family and friends following a funeral. Coordinator: Lynda Kuglitsch 

Music Ministry

OCIA (Order of Christian InitIation for adults)

Ministers to and educates all those interested in the Catholic faith and way of life. Coordinator: Scott Peters

Office Volunteers

Assists the Receptionist in maintaining a friendly, welcoming and calming working environment. Coordinator: Dora Pedrego

Pastoral Council Team

An advisory and consultative body working in harmony with the Pastor and representing all members of the Parish community.

Porters of St. Joseph

The Porters of St. Joseph is a volunteer apostolate whose mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for parishioners to worship our Lord in peace during Saturday and Sunday Masses. Coordinator: Russell Moker

Safe Environment/SET

Called to Protect was established by the Diocese of Phoenix to insure a safe environment for all our children. Coordinator: Erin Stoffel

School Council

School advisory committee for the Pastor and Principal which facilitates fundraising and reports to the Pastoral Council. Coordinator: Russell Moker

Seven Sisters Apostolate

A group of women who are willing to commit to pray a Holy Hour for our Pastor and his intentions for one day a week for a year.  Coordinators: Pam Malmgren and Kathy Reif
