Enrollment Process

1. Complete and submit the Preschool Application Packet online or pick up a copy in our school office.
2. Submit all required documentation listed on the application via email to the Director at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or drop off in the main office.
3. Pay $50 registration fee in the school office, or you may call the office at 928-649-0624 to pay by credit card.
4. Once all information and fees are received, you will be contacted by the Preschool Director to schedule an interview.
5. You will receive an email notifying you of your child's application status. 

Parent Partnership Policy

We believe that parents are the first and primary educators of their children. Therefore, as our teachers guide students in using appropriate behaviors in accordance with our Catholic faith at school, we expect that our families will teach and reinforce these behaviors at home. This partnership between families and teachers is necessary to help ensure a positive, Christian learning environment for all students.

In the first weeks of school, students will learn new routines and classroom expectations, with our teachers providing guidance and support throughout the process. As a valued partner in your child's education, we ask that you take note of our preschool's expectations for children upon entering the program:

1.         Use behaviors that are safe for themselves and others

2.         Are willing to follow directions from teachers and staff

3.         Are respectful of teachers, other students, and materials

4.         Demonstrate that they are consistent and independent in toileting (including wiping)

I understand and agree to the Parent Partnership Policy which is in alignment with our school’s Core Beliefs. As the first educator of my child, I will commit to preparing my child for the ICCS Catholic Preschool Program by modeling and teaching the above behaviors to ensure that all students are safe, happy, and learning in our program.
